I have always relied on the kindness of strangers

Fran P., thank you sooooo much for your sympathy around the Presidential commutation. Shopgirlove knows that she is something of a wonk/geek and it's nice to know that others are disturbed since she is often the only one freaked out by overlooked moments in our contemporary existence. Such as the "For Ever Stamp." Why? Why? Have we ever been sold such a bill of goods? It evokes memories of those terrible massacres of tree bark in my region that trumpeted the union of Joey & Steph "4 Eva"! Oh boy. Why are Americans not taking to the streets? They are exhausted, over-worked, under-insured, and distracted by their credit card debt.

Also, not everyone is as smart and astute and terribly clever as Fran P. and Shopgirlove.

And, Who me? Bwarrr harrr harrr! King Dutch in red heels? Thank you for the light touch and your understanding. This is a difficult, but limited, time, and Shopgirlove appreciates your kind words. She plans on keeping her head down and barreling through. Her goal is, as always, to rise above. And write the Great American Novel. Or get her laundry done. She's not sure yet.

Stay tuned.

Kissy, kissy,

Shopgirlove
